December 11, 2017 - With Mr. Donatiello's help, I was able to overcome a 5 point ticket and a license suspension, the man truly cares about his clients and will make any obstacles that may arise transparently. He also lays out all your options for you throughout the whole process and tells you what could happen with each option, ultimately though he finds a way. I've found my family lawyer for a while!! Very happy with the outcome!

October 22, 2016 - Joseph Donatello is a great lawyer. As soon as I had my first consultation with him I knew he was the lawyer for me. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of one. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered any questions I may have had quickly and with ease. He was also very understanding and never judgmental. He turned a very bad situation for myself in to one that was manageable. I would absolutely use his services again if I may ever may need to. Again I highly recommend him to anyone in need.

He worked tirelessly to find every bit of information he could regarding my case and was able to get my charges dropped. (Late 2017) - I have used public defenders as well as another attorney in the past for legal representation but after hiring Joseph Donatiello he will always be my first choice, not only with court matters but anything involving the services of an attorney. Mr. Donatiello was very respectful and payed careful attention to my case and all of the details. He was genuinely concerned with my case and wanted to get the best possible outcome for me. Everything that was happening and all the options were explained to me. All of my questions were answered and I never felt like I was “out of the loop”.
I will recommend him to anyone in need of the services of an attorney. He worked with me on the payment as I couldn’t pay everything at once, he accepted partial payment and a few days latter I paid him the balance. In the middle the case I received 3 traffic tickets unrelated to the first case due the court/DMV making an error involving the payment of a parking ticket. Thinking I could handle this on my own I went to court to explain what happened as it was a mistake I could not have prevented along with the evidence that I was not at fault. The court essentially said It was not their problem, they refused to listen. Thanks to Mr. Donatiello it was cleared up quickly and I had all 3 tickets dismissed or reduced fines, I basically paid court costs. Since he was already representing me he charged me a very fair price to handle the second case. All in all both of the outcomes of my cases exceeded my expectations.
