CLIENT SUCCESSES
Defendant was charged with DWI and Driving the Wrong Way on a One-Way Street in an Eastern Passaic County Municipal Court. After the State provided the discovery, Mr. Donatiello conducted a review of the State, Local, County, and Campus regulations / authorizations and determined that the street the defendant was travelling on was never authorized to be a one-way street. Due to an inability to establish the legality of the motor vehicle stop due to that finding, the State dismissed the charges against the defendant.
Defendant was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia after being found in possession of both in her dorm room. Upon retention, Mr. Donatiello immediately requested all discovery from the State. After four appearances in an Eastern Passaic County Municipal Court, Mr. Donatiello successfully made a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Provide Discovery and all charges were dropped against the defendant.
The defendant was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Maintain Lane, and Careless Driving after being involved in a single car accident in Newark. She retained Mr. Donatiello to represent her and after five court appearances in Newark Municipal Court, Mr. Dontatiello was able to successfully make a motion to dismiss all of the charges for failure to provide discovery.
